Kính gửi Quý khách hàng, Tổ chức Giáo dục IIG Việt Nam – đại diện của Viện Giáo dục Quốc tế Quốc gia Hàn Quốc (NIIED) triển khai kỳ thi TOPIK tại Việt Nam, xin trân trọng thông báo: Theo thông tin từ cơ quan chủ quản kỳ thi TOPIK (NIIED), ngày 26/9/2025 đã xảy ra sự cố hỏa hoạn tại Cơ quan Quản lý Tài nguyên Thông tin Quốc gia Hàn Quốc khiến trang chủ TOPIK (https://www.topik.go.kr) tạm thời không thể truy cập. Vì vậy, kết quả kỳ thi TOPIK IBT lần thứ 8 (ngày thi 13/9/2025) chưa thể công bố theo kế hoạch vào ngày 02/10/2025. Thời gian công bố mới sẽ được cập nhật ngay sau khi hệ thống được khôi phục.

Rights and Responsibilities of Test Takers

To ensure fairness, transparency, and professionalism in the administration of certification tests, IIG Vietnam hereby issues the following Guidelines on the Rights and Responsibilities of Test Takers.

Certification Testing Procedure at IIG Vietnam

At IIG Vietnam, all testing procedures are implemented with strict consistency across all test sites. The process ensures security, full compliance with international standards, and adherence to the Education Law in Vietnam, while also reflects the specific conditions and context of the country.

REGULATIONS ON HANDHELD CALCULATORS FOR AP EXAMS

GENERAL REGULATIONS ON CALCULATOR USAGE Candidates may only use calculators that are included on the College Board’s approved list. Candidates should verify eligibility prior to exam day. A maximum of two handheld calculators may be brought into the exam room. Candidates are not allowed to share calculators with others during the exam. Calculators may not be used to store exam content or to transmit information. Candidates may still take the exam without a calculator or with a non-approved calculator (though such calculators will not be allowed for use). Any violation of these rules may result in the cancellation of exam scores.

Any violation will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with regulations.

Guidelines for TOPIK IBT candidates

Please read following instructions carefully to make sure you are fully prepared for the TOPIK IBT at IIG Vietnam: Candidates take full responsibility for providing accurate information and complying with the regulated specifications during the registration process. Candidates must print their Test Admission Form in color, on A4 paper size, portrait orientation, as instructed in the email titled “Notification: Your Candidate ID Number and Test Room Information”. The printed form must be brought on the day of the test.
