How can I receive my TOEIC test results via postal mail?
Candidates have the option to register for express delivery service to have their test results sent to their home address. Please arrange this service on your exam day and discuss the details directly with the Exam Supervisor. Please note that additional courier services will not be available after the test date.
If you are taking the exam in Ho Chi Minh City, you will receive specific instructions regarding express delivery registration at the counter on your registration day

Candidates can request for Score Review Service following below steps:
1. Fill out the Score Review Request Form, which can be obtained at the IIG Vietnam Counter
2. score review Service fee: 50% of the exam fee
3. A 3x4 ID photo, similar to the one on the issued Score Certificate.
4. A photocopy of TOEIC Score Certificate
5. If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam.
Please note that candidates are required to visit the IIG Vietnam office in person and provide their ID card/Citizen ID card to make the request for score review Service.
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office is after 16 days
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang branches and other Test Sites/units after 3 weeks
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded) for the delivery.
During the registration, you can choose to send your scores to up to 4 schools for free. Alternatively, you can register for the score-sending service to schools after receiving your results.
