How can I request the score review service?
Candidates must visit IIG Vietnam office in person and provide the following:
- The original ID card/Citizen ID card, which you used to register for the exam.
- Fill out the Score Review Request Form, which can be obtained at the IIG Vietnam Counter
- Score review Service fee: 50% of the exam fee
- A 3x4 ID photo, similar to the one on the issued Score Certificate. (For paper-based TOEIC tests registered in person at IIG Vietnam office before 21/04/2025).
- A photocopy of TOEIC Score Certificate
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam.

The results of English tests (TOEIC, TOEFL ITP, etc.) are confidential information. Therefore, candidates are requested to check their official scores upon receiving the printed certificate.
The office hours for IIG Vietnam are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Monday to Friday: 13:30 PM - 17:30 PM
- Online test scores are typically available 4 to 8 days after the test date, accessible through your registered account.
- The official score report will be sent to your registered address, usually within 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your geographical location.
- During the registration, you can choose to send your scores to up to 4 schools for free.
