How can I request the score review service?
Candidates must visit IIG Vietnam office in person and provide the following:
- The original ID card/Citizen ID card, which you used to register for the exam.
- Fill out the Score Review Request Form, which can be obtained at the IIG Vietnam Counter
- Score review Service fee: 50% of the exam fee
- A 3x4 ID photo, similar to the one on the issued Score Certificate. (For paper-based TOEIC tests registered in person at IIG Vietnam office before 21/04/2025).
- A photocopy of TOEIC Score Certificate
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam.

- Each candidate receives a TOEIC Certificate of Achievement only once for each test.
- To be eligible for the certificate, candidates must complete the certificate request process at least 14 days and achieve a minimum score of 460 before the Score Report expires.
- To request a Certificate of Achievement, candidates should visit the IIG Vietnam Office and provide the following:
1. Original ID card/Citizen ID card used for exam registration.
2. One photocopy of the Score Certificate.
3. A issuance fee of 280,000 VND.
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam.
- The processing time for issuance is 10 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 15 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices.
The office hours for IIG Vietnam are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Monday to Friday: 13:30 PM - 17:30 PM
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office is after 16 days
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang branches and other Test Sites/units after 3 weeks
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded) for the delivery.
