What should candidates expect on the day of the TOEFL iBT test?
On the day of the TOEFL iBT test, please make sure to:
- Arrive at the test venue at least 30 minutes before the designated check-in time.
- Bring your confirmation ticket and a valid ID document, such as an ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport, to complete the test entry process.
Keep in mind that there must be a minimum of 12 days between each attempt of the test.

According to our regulations, each candidate receives only one original TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificate after each test, and replacements will not be issued. However, if candidates wish to submit their TOEIC Speaking & Writing test results to score users, IIG Vietnam can assist by sending a certified true copy of score certificate to the requested recipient by mail. This service requires candidates to sign up at least 14 days before the Score Certificate expiration date
The procedure for obtaining a copy of the Scorecard involves presenting:
1. Your original ID card/Citizen ID carrd used for TOEIC test registration along with one photocopy
2. A fee of 120,000 VND.
- If you registered for the test through another agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), please obtain the agency's confirmation letter granting permission for this service to be performed at IIG Vietnam.
- Copies will be sent to the requested recipient in approximately two weeks after the request.
To register for the TOEFL ITP test, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit online.iigvietnam.com and log in or create a new account.
Step 2: Go to “Register for a Test”, select “English Tests”, then choose TOEFL ITP.
Step 3: Enter your personal information, including your personal details, test information, and select any optional services, if needed.
Step 4: Review and confirm your test registration information.
Step 5: Check the test fee based on your registered occupation. Students are eligible for a discounted fee.
Step 6: Confirm and complete your online payment by following the provided instructions.
Step 7: Once payment is successful, the system will display your payment confirmation and test registration details, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 8: Wait for your application to be reviewed and approved by IIG Vietnam.

IIG Vietnam provides certified copies of the Score Certificate and sends them to the candidate's requesting organization. Candidates will not receive certified copies of the Score Certificate. Each certified copy can be dispatched exclusively to a single address. If needed, candidates can request multiple certified copies to send to different addresses.
To use this service, candidates should visit the IIG Vietnam office at least 14 days before the Score Certificate's expiration date and provide the following:
- The original ID card/Citizen ID card used for test registration.
- A photocopy of the TOEFL ITP Score Certificate
- A fee of 120,000 VND per copy.
- Score Certificate delivery fee
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam..
- Copies will be sent to the desinated organization approximately 2 weeks after the request.
