What should candidates expect on the day of the TOEFL iBT test?
On the day of the TOEFL iBT test, please make sure to:
- Arrive at the test venue at least 30 minutes before the designated check-in time.
- Bring your confirmation ticket and a valid ID document, such as an ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport, to complete the test entry process.
Keep in mind that there must be a minimum of 12 days between each attempt of the test.

- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 210,000 VND for this service.
