- Institutions make request by sending a soft copy of the signed and stamped Letter of Enquiry on Result Verification with enclosed list of candidates to haukiem@iigvietnam.edu.vn; hard copy is to be sent to IIG Verification Department at 75 Giang Van Minh, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi; 
- The Result Verification response time should not exceed 5 working days. IIG Vietnam will respond via an official letter sent via email, and the hard copy will also be sent to the institution through postal mail.

The TOEFL ITP Score Certificates become available at different times depending on where you registered:
- If you registered at IIG Vietnam in Hanoi, you can expect your Score Certificates after five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
- If you registered at the HCM City/Danang offices or Test Sites/agencies, you'll receive your Score Certificates after 7-10 working days (or 10-12 days if you count weekends).
If you choose to have your Score Certificates delivered by postal mail, please allow an additional 3-4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included in this timeframe) for the delivery.

- Candidates are allowed to change their exam schedule only once.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the exam fee.
- To reschedule the exam:
+ If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, please visit the IIG Vietnam office and request a rescheduling at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
+ If you registered at another test site or agency, please contact the respective test site or agency directly for assistance with rescheduling.
Please note that your exam schedule will be transferred to an available slot within the specified time limit at the original exam location.
