What are the steps to register for the TOEFL iBT test?
To register for the TOEFL iBT test, candidates should follow these steps:
- Visit the ETS website and complete the registration process online.
- During registration, provide your personal information, select your preferred test date, and choose a test venue in Vietnam.
- An international payment card is required to pay the exam fee online.
- After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your test ticket.

- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 210,000 VND for this service.
- Online test scores are typically available 4 to 8 days after the test date, accessible through your registered account.
- The official score report will be sent to your registered address, usually within 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your geographical location.
- During the registration, you can choose to send your scores to up to 4 schools for free.
According to our regulations, each candidate receives only one original TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificate after each test, and replacements will not be issued. However, if candidates wish to submit their TOEIC Speaking & Writing test results to score users, IIG Vietnam can assist by sending a certified true copy of score certificate to the requested recipient by mail. This service requires candidates to sign up at least 14 days before the Score Certificate expiration date
The procedure for obtaining a copy of the Scorecard involves presenting:
1. Your original ID card/Citizen ID carrd used for TOEIC test registration along with one photocopy
2. A fee of 120,000 VND.
- If you registered for the test through another agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), please obtain the agency's confirmation letter granting permission for this service to be performed at IIG Vietnam.
- Copies will be sent to the requested recipient in approximately two weeks after the request.
