How soon can I retake the TOEFL ITP test?
For the TOEFL ITP test, there must be a minimum of 5 working days between the candidate's previous test and the next test, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Candidates have the option to register for express delivery service to have their test results sent to their home address. Please arrange this service on your exam day and discuss the details directly with the Exam Supervisor. Please note that additional courier services will not be available after the test date.
- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 210,000 VND for this service.
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office is after 16 days
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang branches and other Test Sites/units after 3 weeks
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded) for the delivery.
