How soon can I retake the TOEFL ITP test?
For the TOEFL ITP test, there must be a minimum of 5 working days between the candidate's previous test and the next test, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

The results of English tests (TOEIC, TOEFL ITP, etc.) are confidential information. Therefore, candidates are requested to check their official scores upon receiving the printed certificate.

To collect the TOEIC Score Certificates, candidates are required to present the following documents at the IIG Vietnam Office:
- Valid identification documents used for exam registration (ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport).
If candidates have registered through another agency or test site, please contact the respective registration agency or test site for instructions on how to retrieve your Score Certificates.
