What are the office hours of IIG Vietnam?
The office hours for IIG Vietnam are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Monday to Friday: 13:30 PM - 17:30 PM

- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

To collect the TOEIC Score Certificates, candidates are required to present the following documents at the IIG Vietnam Office:
- Valid identification documents used for exam registration (ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport).
If candidates have registered through another agency or test site, please contact the respective registration agency or test site for instructions on how to retrieve your Score Certificates.
