Can I request that my TOEFL iBT test scores be sent to a school or institution? When should I complete this registration?
During the registration, you can choose to send your scores to up to 4 schools for free. Alternatively, you can register for the score-sending service to schools after receiving your results.
Questions on the same topic
The results of English tests (TOEIC, TOEFL ITP, etc.) are confidential information. Therefore, candidates are requested to check their official scores upon receiving the printed certificate.
- Institutions make request by sending a hard copy of the signed and stamped Letter of Enquiry on Result Verification with enclosed list of candidates to IIG Verification Department at 217 Quan Hoa, Nghia Do, Ha Noi; or a soft copy of the signed and stamped Letter of Enquiry on Result Verification with an excel file of candidates information to haukiem@iigvietnam.edu.vn
- The Result Verification response time should not exceed 5 working days.
- IIG Vietnam will respond via an official letter sent via email, and the hard copy will also be sent to the institution through postal mail.
- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 210,000 VND for this service.
