Can I request that my TOEFL iBT test scores be sent to a school or institution? When should I complete this registration?
During the registration, you can choose to send your scores to up to 4 schools for free. Alternatively, you can register for the score-sending service to schools after receiving your results.

If candidates are unable to personally collect their Score Certificates, they have the option to designate a friend or family member to do so on their behalf. Here are the steps involved:
1. Prepare a handwritten Letter of Authorization. The Letter of Authorization should contain complete information and bear the signatures of both the authorizer and the authorized individual responsible for receiving the Score Certificates.
2. The authorized representative must present at IIG Vietnam Registration Counter, equipped with their own ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport and the Letter of Authorization in order to obtain the Score Certificates.
- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 210,000 VND for this service.
To request an e-invoice, candidates must select this service during the online test registration process.
Please note: It is not possible to request an invoice after the registration has been successfully completed.
