Can I request that my TOEFL iBT test scores be sent to a school or institution? When should I complete this registration?
During the registration, you can choose to send your scores to up to 4 schools for free. Alternatively, you can register for the score-sending service to schools after receiving your results.

The results of English tests (TOEIC, TOEFL ITP, etc.) are confidential information. Therefore, candidates are requested to check their official scores upon receiving the printed certificate.
To collect the TOEFL ITP Score Certificates, candidates are required to present the following documents at the IIG Vietnam Office:
- Valid identification documents used for exam registration (ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport).
If candidates have registered through another agency or test site, please contact the respective registration agency or test site for instructions on how to retrieve your Score Certificates.
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office is after 16 days
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang branches and other Test Sites/units after 3 weeks
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded) for the delivery.
