To register for the TOEIC Speaking & Writing test, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit online.iigvietnam.com and log in or create a new account.
Step 2: Go to “Register for a Test”, select “English Tests”, then choose TOEIC Speaking & Writing.
Step 3: Enter your personal information, including your personal details, test details, and select any optional services, if needed.
Step 4: Review and confirm your test registration information.
Step 5: Confirm and complete your online payment by following the instructions provided.
Step 6: Once your payment is successful, the system will display your payment confirmation and test registration information, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 7: Wait for your application to be reviewed and approved by IIG Vietnam.

- Candidates are allowed to reschedule an exam only once.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the exam fee.
- To reschedule the exam:
+ If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, please visit the IIG Vietnam office and request a rescheduling at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
+ If you registered at another test site or agency, please contact the respective test site or agency directly for assistance with rescheduling.
Please note that your exam schedule will be transferred to an available slot within the specified time limit at the original exam location.
