What items are candidates allowed to bring into the exam room during the TOEFL iBT test?

- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 210,000 VND for this service.
- TOEFL ITP Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) if you register at IIG Vietnam office in person
- TOEFL ITP Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for the delivery.
The results of English tests (TOEIC, TOEFL ITP, etc.) are confidential information. Therefore, candidates are requested to check their official scores upon receiving the printed certificate.
