How can I request an electronic invoice for the test fee?
To request an e-invoice, candidates must select this service during the online test registration process.
Please note: It is not possible to request an invoice after the registration has been successfully completed.

The results of English tests (TOEIC, TOEFL ITP, etc.) are confidential information. Therefore, candidates are requested to check their official scores upon receiving the printed certificate.

- TOEFL ITP Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for the delivery.
