- Candidates are allowed to reschedule an exam only once.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the exam fee.
- To reschedule the exam:
+ If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, please visit the IIG Vietnam office and request a rescheduling at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
+ If you registered at another test site or agency, please contact the respective test site or agency directly for assistance with rescheduling.
Please note that your exam schedule will be transferred to an available slot within the specified time limit.

The results of English tests (TOEIC, TOEFL ITP, etc.) are confidential information. Therefore, candidates are requested to check their official scores upon receiving the printed certificate.

For the TOEFL ITP test, there must be a minimum of 5 working days between the candidate's previous test and the next test, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
