How can I register for the TOEFL ITP test at IIG Vietnam?
To register for the TOEFL ITP Test, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the registration portal https://registration.iigvietnam.com/ and log in/register an account.
Step 2: Select "Test Registration", upload images of your identification documents and a 3x4 portrait photo.
Step 3: Enter your contact information, then in the "English Tests" section, select your desired exam and then click on "Continue".
Step 4: In the "Select exam schedule" section, select "Exam area", "Exam date" and additional services if needed.
Step 5: Check the test fee based on the occupation you have registered.
Step 6: Confirm payment and proceed with the online payment as instructed.
Step 7: After successful payment, the registration portal will display both payment details and test registration information, and the same information will also be sent to your registered email.
Step 8: Wait for the application to be reviewed and approved by IIG Vietnam.

- Rescheduling is charged per test, and the same fee rates apply as for individual tests.
- To reschedule the exam:
+ If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, please visit the IIG Vietnam office and request a rescheduling at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
+ If you registered at another test site or agency, please contact the respective test site or agency directly for assistance with rescheduling.
Please note that your exam schedule will be transferred to an available slot within the specified time limit.
- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 210,000 VND for this service.
- If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, visit the IIG Vietnam office to cancel your appointment at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- If you cancel your exam on time, you'll receive a 50% refund of the exam fee. There will be no refund for candidates who miss the exam on the scheduled day.
- If you registered at another test site or agency, contact the test site or agency directly for assistance with canceling the exam schedule.
