To register for the exam, follow these steps:
- Visit the following link: online.iigvietnam.com and make an appointment.
- Arrive at the scheduled appointment time at IIG Vietnam offices to complete the exam registration process.
When registering for the exam, you will need to bring the following:
1. 03 recent 3x4 ID photos, taken within the last 3 months. Ensure these photos are not scanned or digitally altered. Clearly write your full name, date of birth, and ID card number on the back of each photo.
2. Your valid and unexpired ID card/Citizen ID card, or an original Passport. Ensure these documents are in their original form, without any silk pressing, flexibility, peeling, tearing, and with clear information and stamps.
3. In case you are using a new 12-digit ID card or Citizen ID card, IIG Vietnam may request additional original documents such as Household Registration Book, 9-digit ID card, Passport along with the 9-digit ID card, or police confirmation.
4. Two copies of the exam registration form, printed from the online registration system.
- Register no later than 5 working days before the exam date (subject to seat availability).
- Exam registrations cannot be facilitated by phone, fax, or email.
Please note that if you are a student, you must bring your valid student card and a photocopy to register for the exam and receive the preferential fee.
- ETS offers score review services for the Speaking and Writing sections only.
- You can submit a score review request within 30 days from the exam date. However, if you have already requested score reports to be sent to schools, you are not eligible for a score review.
- The results of the score review will be available approximately 3 weeks after ETS receives the request and fee.
- Candidates are allowed to change their exam schedule only once.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the exam fee.
- To reschedule the exam:
+ If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, please visit the IIG Vietnam office and request a rescheduling at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
+ If you registered at another test site or agency, please contact the respective test site or agency directly for assistance with rescheduling.
Please note that your exam schedule will be transferred to an available slot within the specified time limit at the original exam location.
- Online test scores are typically available 4 to 8 days after the test date, accessible through your registered account.
- The official score report will be sent to your registered address, usually within 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your geographical location.
- During the registration, you can choose to send your scores to up to 4 schools for free.
