What is the registration process for the TOEIC Speaking & Writing test at IIG Vietnam?

To register for TOEIC Speaking&Writing tests, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Access the registration portal https://registration.iigvietnam.com/ and log in/register an account.
Step 2: Select "Test Registration", upload images of your identification documents and a 3x4 portrait photo.
Step 3: Enter your contact information, then in the "English Tests" section, select your desired exam and then click on "Continue".
Step 4: In the "Select exam schedule" section, select "Exam area", "Exam date" and additional services if needed.
Step 5: Check the test fee based on the occupation you have registered.
Step 6: Confirm payment and proceed with the online payment as instructed.
Step 7: After successful payment, the registration portal will display both payment details and test registration information, and the same information will also be sent to your registered email.
Step 8: Wait for the application to be reviewed and approved by IIG Vietnam.

If candidates are unable to personally collect their Score Certificates, they have the option to designate a friend or family member to do so on their behalf. Here are the steps involved:
1. Prepare a handwritten Letter of Authorization. The Letter of Authorization should contain complete information and bear the signatures of both the authorizer and the authorized individual responsible for receiving the Score Certificates.
2. The authorized representative must present at IIG Vietnam Registration Counter, equipped with their own ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport and the Letter of Authorization in order to obtain the Score Certificates.
