However, the exact number of exams may vary based on the prevailing circumstances and the decisions made by the relevant governing bodies. Therefore, candidates are advised to refer to the most up-to-date exam schedule information on the IIG Vietnam homepage or the TOPIK homepage of the Korean Institute of International Education.
To register for the TOPIK test through the registration portal at https://online.iigvietnam.com/, you will need to gather the following information and documents:
- A digital image file of your 3x4cm ID photo, which should meet the following requirements:
• File size between 10KB and 200KB
• Dimensions of 354 * 472 pixels
• Format: JPG

- You must bring the original document that you used to register for the exam. It could be your ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport. It is essential that the information on the document matches the registration information you provided. If there is any discrepancy between the registration details and the documents brought, you will not be allowed to take the test, and the test fee will not be refunded.

If the identity documents and photos are not valid according to these regulations, you will not be permitted to take the test, and the test fee will not be refunded.
Candidates can make their payment online when registering for the TOPIK exam using the VN Pay payment portal. Payment options include scanning QR codes, ATM cards, MasterCard, and Visa.
