What if the payment fails, but the money is deducted from my account?
Please contact IIG Vietnam at Hotline 1900 636 929 to verify the status of your test fee. Our team will assist you in identifying the exact step at which the payment was suspended.
If the payment failure is due to an error from the bank, we recommend contacting your bank directly for assistance with refunding the fee. They will guide you through the necessary process to resolve the issue.

Yes, you can register for the TOPIK II test even if you haven't taken the TOPIK I test yet.
- Follow the instructions provided in the email titled "Your Candidate ID Number and Test Room Information" to print the test admission form. Please note that it is essential to print and bring the exam admission ticket on the day of the test.
- When printing, ensure that it is in color, on A4 paper size, and in portrait orientation.
If you have taken the TOPIK I test and achieved a total score of over 80, you will receive a certificate/score report. For candidates who have taken the TOPIK II test, a certificate/score report will be issued if the total score exceeds 120.
