Where can I find IIG Vietnam offices?
'You can locate IIG Vietnam at the following addresses:
- Hanoi Office:
3rd Floor, Trung Yen Plaza, 01 Trung Hoa Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi
- Ho Chi Minh City Office:
1st Floor, Tower 1, The Sun Avenue Building, 28 Mai Chi Tho Street, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

Candidates must visit IIG Vietnam office in person and provide the following:
- The original ID card/Citizen ID card, which you used to register for the exam.
- Fill out the Score Review Request Form, which can be obtained at the IIG Vietnam Counter
- Score review Service fee: 50% of the exam fee
- A 3x4 ID photo, similar to the one on the issued Score Certificate.
- A photocopy of TOEIC Score Certificate
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam.
To collect the TOEIC Score Certificates, candidates are required to present the following documents at the IIG Vietnam Office:
- Valid identification documents used for exam registration (ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport).
If candidates have registered through another agency or test site, please contact the respective registration agency or test site for instructions on how to retrieve your Score Certificates.
The office hours for IIG Vietnam are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Monday to Friday: 13:30 PM - 17:30 PM
