- Candidates are allowed to reschedule an exam only once.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the exam fee.
- To reschedule the exam:
+ If you registered online via IIG Vietnam website: Once your application is approved, any test rescheduling request must be submitted through the online registration system at least five (05) working days before the test date (excluding Sundays and public holidays), in accordance with the instructions provided in the corresponding registration guideline.
+ If you registered at another test site or agency, please contact the respective test site or agency directly for assistance with rescheduling.
Please note that your exam schedule will be transferred to an available slot within the specified time limit at the original exam location.
- Institutions make request by sending a hard copy of the signed and stamped Letter of Enquiry on Result Verification with enclosed list of candidates to IIG Verification Department at 217 Quan Hoa, Nghia Do, Ha Noi; or a soft copy of the signed and stamped Letter of Enquiry on Result Verification with an excel file of candidates information to haukiem@iigvietnam.edu.vn
- The Result Verification response time should not exceed 5 working days.
- IIG Vietnam will respond via an official letter sent via email, and the hard copy will also be sent to the institution through postal mail.
- ETS offers score review services for the Speaking and Writing sections only.
- You can submit a score review request within 30 days from the exam date. However, if you have already requested score reports to be sent to schools, you are not eligible for a score review.
- The results of the score review will be available approximately 3 weeks after ETS receives the request and fee.
If candidates are unable to personally collect their Score Certificates, they have the option to designate a friend or family member to do so on their behalf. Here are the steps involved:
1. Prepare a handwritten Letter of Authorization. The Letter of Authorization should contain complete information and bear the signatures of both the authorizer and the authorized individual responsible for receiving the Score Certificates.
2. The authorized representative must present at IIG Vietnam Registration Counter, equipped with their own ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport and the Letter of Authorization in order to obtain the Score Certificates.
