What are the policies for rescheduling the TOEFL ITP test?
- Candidates are allowed to reschedule an exam only once.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the exam fee.
- To reschedule the exam:
+ If you registered online via IIG Vietnam website: Once your application is approved, any test rescheduling request must be submitted through the online registration system at least five (05) working days before the test date (excluding Sundays and public holidays), in accordance with the instructions provided in the corresponding registration guideline.
+ If you registered at another test site or agency, please contact the respective test site or agency directly for assistance with rescheduling.
Please note that your exam schedule will be transferred to an available slot within the specified time limit at the original exam location.

- Each candidate receives a TOEIC Certificate of Achievement only once for each test.
- To be eligible for the certificate, candidates must complete the certificate request process at least 14 days and achieve a minimum score of 460 before the Score Report expires.
- To request a Certificate of Achievement, candidates should visit the IIG Vietnam Office and provide the following:
1. Original ID card/Citizen ID card used for exam registration.
2. One photocopy of the Score Certificate.
3. A issuance fee of 280,000 VND.
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam.
- The processing time for issuance is 10 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 15 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices.
- TOEFL ITP Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) if you register at IIG Vietnam office in person
- TOEFL ITP Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for the delivery.
To register for the TOEFL ITP Computer-based Test, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit online.iigvietnam.com and Log in or Create an account.
Step 2: Select “Test Registration”, choose “English Tests”, and then select the TOEFL ITP Computer-based Test.
Step 3: Enter the required information as instructed, including personal information, test registration details, and any additional services if you have.
Step 4: Review and confirm your test registration information.
Step 5: Check the test fee based on the occupation you registered. Students are eligible for discounted fees.
Step 6: Confirm and complete the online payment following the instructions provided.
Step 7: Once payment is successful, the registration system will display your payment and test information and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 8: Wait for your application to be reviewed and approved by IIG Vietnam.
