How can I request a score review of my TOEFL iBT test scores? Is there a time limit for this service?
- ETS offers score review services for the Speaking and Writing sections only.
- You can submit a score review request within 30 days from the exam date. However, if you have already requested score reports to be sent to schools, you are not eligible for a score review.
- The results of the score review will be available approximately 3 weeks after ETS receives the request and fee.

- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 210,000 VND for this service.
The office hours for IIG Vietnam are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Monday to Friday: 13:30 PM - 17:30 PM
- TOEFL ITP Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) if you register at IIG Vietnam office in person
- TOEFL ITP Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for the delivery.
