What are the policies for rescheduling the TOEFL ITP test?
- Candidates are allowed to reschedule an exam only once.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the exam fee.
- To reschedule the exam:
+ If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, please visit the IIG Vietnam office and request a rescheduling at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
+ If you registered at another test site or agency, please contact the respective test site or agency directly for assistance with rescheduling.
Please note that your exam schedule will be transferred to an available slot within the specified time limit at the original exam location.

- Institutions make request by sending a hard copy of the signed and stamped Letter of Enquiry on Result Verification with enclosed list of candidates to IIG Verification Department at 75 Giang Van Minh, Ba Dinh, Ha Noi; or a soft copy of the signed and stamped Letter of Enquiry on Result Verification with an excel file of candidates information to haukiem@iigvietnam.edu.vn
- The Result Verification response time should not exceed 5 working days.
- IIG Vietnam will respond via an official letter sent via email, and the hard copy will also be sent to the institution through postal mail.
According to our regulations, each candidate receives only one original TOEIC Score Certificate after each test, and replacements will not be issued. However, if candidates wish to submit their TOEIC test results to score users, IIG Vietnam can assist by sending a certified true copy of score certificate to the requested recipient by mail. This service requires candidates to sign up at least 14 days before the Score Certificate expiration date and must have achieved a score of 200 or more.
The procedure for obtaining a copy of the Scorecard involves presenting:
1. Your original ID card/Citizen ID carrd used for TOEIC test registration along with one photocopy
2. A 3x4 photo similar to the one on the original Scorecard
3. A fee of 100,000 VND.
- If you registered for the test through another agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), please obtain the agency's confirmation letter granting permission for this service to be performed at IIG Vietnam.
- Copies will be sent to the requested recipient in approximately two weeks after the request.
- If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, visit the IIG Vietnam office to cancel your appointment at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- If you cancel your exam on time, you'll receive a 50% refund of the exam fee. There will be no refund for candidates who miss the exam on the scheduled day.
- If you registered at another test site or agency, contact the test site or agency directly for assistance with canceling the exam schedule.
