'To register for the exam, follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit online.iigvietnam.com and log in or create a new account.
Step 2: Go to “Register for a Test”, select “English Tests”, then choose the TOEIC test you wish to take.
Step 3: Enter your personal information, including your personal details, test details, and select any optional services, if needed.
Step 4: Review and confirm your test registration information.
Step 5: Check the test fee based on your registered occupation. Students are eligible for a discounted rate.
Step 6: Confirm and complete your online payment by following the instructions provided.
Step 7: Once payment is successful, the system will display your payment confirmation and registration details, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 8: Wait for your application to be reviewed and approved by IIG Vietnam.

Procedure for Post-Test Verification Requests
Important Note
The post-test verification service applies only to certificates that remain valid in accordance with ETS or Certiport regulations.
Customers may submit a verification request using one of the following methods:
1. Submission of Hard Copies
Please submit a signed and stamped official letter of request, along with a printed list of test takers whose test results require verification, to:

TOEFL iBT test, designed and administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS), is a test of English as a foreign language. The test evaluates all four English skills – listening, reading, speaking and writing – in an academic context.

- Online test scores are typically available 4 to 8 days after the test date, accessible through your registered account.
- The official score report will be sent to your registered address, usually within 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your geographical location.
- During the registration, you can choose to send your scores to up to 4 schools for free.
