How do I register for the TOEIC test at IIG Vietnam?
'To register for the exam, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the registration portal https://registration.iigvietnam.com/ and log in/register an account.
Step 2: Select "Test Registration", upload images of your identification documents and a 3x4 portrait photo.
Step 3: Enter your contact information, then in the "English Tests" section, select your desired exam and then click on "Continue".
Step 4: In the "Select exam schedule" section, select "Exam area", "Exam date" and additional services if needed.
Step 5: Check the test fee based on the occupation you have registered.
Step 6: Confirm payment and proceed with the online payment as instructed.
Step 7: After successful payment, the registration portal will display both payment details and test registration information, and the same information will also be sent to your registered email.
Step 8: Wait for the application to be reviewed and approved by IIG Vietnam.

The office hours for IIG Vietnam are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Monday to Friday: 13:30 PM - 17:30 PM
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office is after 16 days
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang branches and other Test Sites/units after 3 weeks
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays excluded) for the delivery.
To collect the TOEIC Score Certificates, candidates are required to present the following documents at the IIG Vietnam Office:
- Valid identification documents used for exam registration (ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport).
If candidates have registered through another agency or test site, please contact the respective registration agency or test site for instructions on how to retrieve your Score Certificates.
