If you happen to misplace your Admission Ticket before the scheduled test date, you can request a reissuance by visiting the Registration Counter at IIG Vietnam. Keep in mind that you need to do this in person and provide your original ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport for verification.
Regarding exam cancellations:
- If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, visit the IIG Vietnam office to cancel your appointment at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- If you registered at another test site or agency, contact the test site or agency directly for assistance with canceling the exam schedule.
- If you cancel your exam on time, you'll receive a 50% refund of the exam fee. There will be no refund for candidates who miss the exam on the scheduled day.
- To initiate the exam cancellation process, you can prepare a Letter of Authorization using the provided form. The authorized representative should bring the ID card/Citizen ID card of both the authorizer and the authorized person, the Letter of Authorization, and the Test Admission Form.
Candidates can request for Score Review Service following below steps:
1. Fill out the Score Review Request Form, which can be obtained at the IIG Vietnam Counter
2. score review Service fee: 50% of the exam fee
3. A 3x4 ID photo, similar to the one on the issued Score Certificate.
4. A photocopy of TOEFL ITP Score Certificate
5. If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam.
Please note that candidates are required to visit the IIG Vietnam office in person and provide their ID card/Citizen ID card to make the request for score review Service.
If candidates are unable to personally collect their Score Certificates, they have the option to designate a friend or family member to do so on their behalf. Here are the steps involved:
1. Prepare a handwritten Letter of Authorization. The Letter of Authorization should contain complete information and bear the signatures of both the authorizer and the authorized individual responsible for receiving the Score Certificates.
2. The authorized representative must present at IIG Vietnam Registration Counter, equipped with their own ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport, the Letter of Authorization, and the Exam Registration Form, in order to obtain the Score Certificates.
