What should I do if I misplace my Admission Ticket before the TOEFL ITP test date?
If you happen to misplace your Admission Ticket before the scheduled test date, you can request a reissuance by visiting the Registration Counter at IIG Vietnam. Keep in mind that you need to do this in person and provide your original ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport for verification.

- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 210,000 VND for this service.
'For the TOEIC Listening & Reading test, there must be a minimum of 5 working days between the candidate's previous test and the next test, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The office hours for IIG Vietnam are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
