What should I do if I misplace my Admission Ticket before the TOEFL ITP test date?
If you happen to misplace your Admission Ticket before the scheduled test date, you can request a reissuance by visiting the Registration Counter at IIG Vietnam. Keep in mind that you need to do this in person and provide your original ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport for verification.

The office hours for IIG Vietnam are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Monday to Friday: 13:30 PM - 17:30 PM
- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 200,000 VND for this service.
- ETS offers score review services for the Speaking and Writing sections only.
- You can submit a score review request within 30 days from the exam date. However, if you have already requested score reports to be sent to schools, you are not eligible for a score review.
- The results of the score review will be available approximately 3 weeks after ETS receives the request and fee.
