What should I do if I misplace my Admission Ticket before the TOEFL ITP test date?
If you happen to misplace your Admission Ticket before the scheduled test date, you can request a reissuance by visiting the Registration Counter at IIG Vietnam. Keep in mind that you need to do this in person and provide your original ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport for verification.

- If you registered for the exam at IIG Vietnam, visit the IIG Vietnam office to cancel your appointment at least 5 working days before the exam date, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- If you cancel your exam on time, you'll receive a 50% refund of the exam fee. There will be no refund for candidates who miss the exam on the scheduled day.
- If you registered at another test site or agency, contact the test site or agency directly for assistance with canceling the exam schedule.
For the TOEFL ITP test, there must be a minimum of 5 working days between the candidate's previous test and the next test, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
To request an e-invoice, candidates must select this service during the online test registration process.
Please note: It is not possible to request an invoice after the registration has been successfully completed.
