What should I do if I misplace my Admission Ticket before the TOEFL ITP test date?
If you happen to misplace your Admission Ticket before the scheduled test date, you can request a reissuance by visiting the Registration Counter at IIG Vietnam. Keep in mind that you need to do this in person and provide your original ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport for verification.

To request an e-invoice, candidates must select this service during the online test registration process.
Please note: It is not possible to request an invoice after the registration has been successfully completed.
The office hours for IIG Vietnam are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Monday to Friday: 13:30 PM - 17:30 PM
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office is after 16 days
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang branches and other Test Sites/units after 3 weeks
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded) for the delivery.
