Candidates who successfully complete any exam will receive a Certificate specific to that exam. This applies to both the Autodesk Certified User (ACU) exam and the Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) exam.
The MCE can be reissued only once. To request a reissue, visit IIG Vietnam's office and provide:
1. The original ID card/Citizen card/Passport used for the exam registration along with one photocopy.
2. A copy of MCE certificate printed from your Certiport account.
3. A reissuance fee of 100,000 VND.
The reissued certificate will be ready in about 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
If you want someone else to collect your exam results, follow these steps:
1. Provide a handwritten letter of authorization including the authorized person's full details.
2. The authorized person must visit IIG Vietnam, bringing their own ID card/Citizen card/Passport, the letter of authorization, and the exam registration form.
