How can I request an electronic invoice for the TOEFL ITP test fee?
- If you need an electronic invoice for the test fee, please ensure that you make the request at the IIG Vietnam office on working days before the exam day. On the exam day, you can request it from the Supervisor if your exam falls on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday. Please note that any request made after the exam day will not be accepted.
- Electronic invoices for VAT are only issued from the exam date to the last day of the exam month.

Please note: It is not possible to request an invoice after the registration has been successfully completed.
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded) for the delivery.
On the day of the TOEFL iBT test, please make sure to:
- Arrive at the test venue at least 30 minutes before the designated check-in time.
- Bring your confirmation ticket and a valid ID document, such as an ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport, to complete the test entry process.
Keep in mind that there must be a minimum of 12 days between each attempt of the test.
