How can I request an electronic invoice for the TOEFL ITP test fee?
- If you need an electronic invoice for the test fee, please ensure that you make the request at the IIG Vietnam office on working days before the exam day. On the exam day, you can request it from the Supervisor if your exam falls on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday. Please note that any request made after the exam day will not be accepted.
- Electronic invoices for VAT are only issued from the exam date to the last day of the exam month.

For the TOEIC test, there must be a minimum of five working days between the candidate's previous test and the next test, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The results of English tests (TOEIC, TOEFL ITP, etc.) are confidential information. Therefore, candidates are requested to check their official scores upon receiving the printed certificate.
