How can I request an electronic invoice for the TOEFL ITP test fee?
- If you need an electronic invoice for the test fee, please ensure that you make the request at the IIG Vietnam office on working days before the exam day. On the exam day, you can request it from the Supervisor if your exam falls on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday. Please note that any request made after the exam day will not be accepted.
- Electronic invoices for VAT are only issued from the exam date to the last day of the exam month.

During the registration, you can choose to send your scores to up to 4 schools for free. Alternatively, you can register for the score-sending service to schools after receiving your results.
- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
