Trường hợp bị quên mật khẩu đăng nhập
Trong trường hợp thí sinh quên thông tin đăng nhập, bạn vui lòng mang CMND bản gốc + 01 bản photo đã sử dụng để đăng ký dự thi đến bộ phận quầy để được reset lại tài khoản. Lệ phí reset tài khoản: 100,000đ
Trường hợp thí sinh đăng kí qua đơn vị- sẽ liên hệ với đơn vị để được hỗ trợ

Đi kèm với mỗi chứng chỉ là 1 mã nhận diện Credential Identification Code (CIC), thí sinh có thể sử dụng CIC này để xem chứng chỉ online mà không cần đăng nhập. Điều này rất hữu ích khi thí sinh cần gửi chứng chỉ online có chứng thực tới các trường học/doanh nghiệp. Điền mã CODE của chứng chỉ vào link sau:

- The deadline for rescheduling or cancellation the test is two days before the test date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the test fee.
- Candidates can receive a 50% refund of the test fee if they cancel the test within the specified time frame.
- If you registered at a different Test Site or agency, please get in touch with the respective test site or agency directly for assistance.
- To reschedule or cancellation the test date, candidates may authorize another person to complete the procedure on their behalf by providing a signed Letter of Authorization (using IIG Vietnam's template). The authorized person must bring the following documents: a copy of the candidate’s ID (original or photocopy), copy of the authorized person’s ID, the authorization letter and test admission slip in order to obtain the Score Certificates.
Thí sinh vui lòng mang theo CCCD/CMND/Hộ chiếu hợp lệ và phiếu dự thi
Lưu ý: Đối với thí sinh chưa đủ tuổi làm CMND/CCCD và không có Hộ chiếu, TS cần mang theo Bản sao giấy khai sinh và Giấy xác nhận có ảnh theo mẫu của IIG Việt Nam cùng các giấy tờ liên quan (nếu được yêu cầu). Đối với người nước ngoài bắt buộc sử dụng Hộ chiếu (bản gốc, còn hạn)
