How can I register for the MOS or IC3 test at IIG Vietnam?
To register for the MOS or IC3 exam, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Visit online.iigvietnam.com and log in or create a new account.
Step 2: Go to “Register for a Test” tab, select “IT Tests”, and choose your desired exam.
Step 3: Enter your personal information, select your test date, and proceed with payment.
Step 4: Go to “Test Registration History” and print your exam admission ticket.
Step 5: On your test day, bring your Test Admission Slip and valid ID to the test center.

- If you do not pass one of the three IC3 component exams on your first attempt, please wait for a minimum of 24 hours before attempting to retake that specific component exam.
- If you do not pass the same component exam on your second attempt or subsequent attempts, you should wait for at least 48 hours before trying that component exam again.
- You have the option to move on to another component exam immediately after an unsuccessful attempt. For instance, if you fail the Computing Fundamentals exam, you can proceed to take the Key Applications or Living Online exam right away.
Thí sinh dự thi các bài thi Tin học có thể đăng ký dịch vụ Cấp lại mật khẩu/Ghép tài khoản trong trường hợp quên mật khẩu tài khoản hoặc sử dụng 2 tài khoản cho các lần thi và có nhu cầu ghép thành 1 tài khoản duy nhất.
1. Thời điểm đăng ký: Sau khi có phiếu điểm bài thi.
2. Hướng dẫn đăng ký: Thí sinh cần chuẩn bị Căn cước/CCCD/Hộ chiếu gốc/Giấy khai sinh bản sao đã đăng ký thi cùng 01 bản photo và Chứng chỉ online (được in từ hệ thống Certiport) đến bộ phận quầy để được reset lại tài khoản. Trường hợp thí sinh đăng ký qua đơn vị – sẽ liên hệ với đơn vị để được hỗ trợ.
3. Lệ phí: 110.000 VNĐ/lần.
Bài thi ITS bao gồm các lĩnh vực chính trong công nghệ thông tin, hệ thống bài thi gồm 15 khía cạnh cốt lõi như:
