When will the ACpro exam results be available?
- After completing the test, you can view your test scores and access your online certificate by logging in at: https://www.certiport.com/portal/ssl/login.aspx. You'll use the same username and password provided for the test.
- The physical ACpro certificates will be received approximately 4 - 6 weeks later, sent from Certiport USA. You can collect them directly from the IIG Vietnam office. However, if you registered through another agency, it will be available for collection there.

Candidates seeking this service should visit the IIG Vietnam office in person and bring the required documents, which include:
- The original ID card/Citizen ID card used for MOS/IC3 test registration, along with a photocopy.
- A digital copy of MOS/IC3 certificate.
- A fee of 120,000 VND.
The verification letter of the test results will be processed within 5 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 10 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices.
The MCE certificates can be reissued only once. To request a reissuance, visit IIG Vietnam's office and provide:
1. The original ID card/Citizen card/Passport used for the exam registration along with one photocopy.
2. A copy of MCE certificate printed from your Certiport account.
3. A reissuance fee of 120,000 VND.
The processing time for issuance is 10 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 13 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices (exlcuding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
