When will the ACpro exam results be available?
- After completing the test, you can view your test scores and access your online certificate by logging in at: https://www.certiport.com/portal/ssl/login.aspx. You'll use the same username and password provided for the test.
- The physical ACpro certificates will be received approximately 4 - 6 weeks later, sent from Certiport USA. You can collect them directly from the IIG Vietnam office. However, if you registered through another agency, it will be available for collection there.

Thời hạn đổi/hủy lịch thi Apple Swift là 02 ngày làm việc trước ngày thi (không tính thứ bảy, chủ nhật và ngày nghỉ lễ). Thí sinh vui lòng đến trực tiếp văn phòng IIG Vietnam và mang theo:
- CCCD/CMND/Hộ chiếu đã đăng ký thi + Phiếu dự thi
- Phí chuyển thi: 50% lệ phí thi đã đóng
- Phí hủy thi: Thí sinh hủy thi đúng hạn được hoàn lại 50% lệ phí thi đã đóng
- Thí sinh đăng ký thi qua các trung tâm/doanh nghiệp vui lòng liên hệ trực tiếp với trung tâm/doanh nghiệp đó để được hướng dẫn chi tiết
Sau khi hoàn thành xong bài thi, thí sinh có thể truy cập vào Website để kiểm tra điểm thi và xem lại chứng chỉ online của Certiport: https://www.certiport.com/portal/ssl/login.aspx . Tài khoản đăng nhập chính là username và password đã được hướng dẫn sử dụng để tham dự bài thi.
The certificates/results of IT tests will be stored by IIG Vietnam for up to two years from the date of the exam.
