How can I request a reissuance of the MCE Certificate?
The MCE certificates can be reissued only once. To request a reissuance, visit IIG Vietnam's office and provide:
1. The original ID card/Citizen card/Passport used for the exam registration along with one photocopy.
2. A copy of MCE certificate printed from your Certiport account.
3. A reissuance fee of 120,000 VND.
The processing time for issuance is 10 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 13 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices (exlcuding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

- If you do not pass an exam on your first attempt, please wait for 24 hours before trying the same exam again.
- If you do not pass the same exam on your second attempt or subsequent attempts, you should wait for a minimum of 5 days before your next try.
- You are allowed to retake an exam as many times as necessary within a year.
- Even if you pass, you can still retake the exam if you choose to do so.
- The deadline for rescheduling or cancellation the test is two days before the test date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the test fee.
- Candidates can receive a 50% refund of the test fee if they cancel the test within the specified time frame.
- If you registered at a different Test Site or agency, please get in touch with the respective test site or agency directly for assistance.
- To reschedule or cancellation the test date, candidates may authorize another person to complete the procedure on their behalf by providing a signed Letter of Authorization (using IIG Vietnam's template). The authorized person must bring the following documents: a copy of the candidate’s ID (original or photocopy), copy of the authorized person’s ID, the authorization letter and test admission slip in order to obtain the Score Certificates.
- If you do not pass an exam on your first attempt, you must wait 24 hours before attempting the same exam again.
- If you do not pass the same exam on your second attempt, you should wait 72 hours before trying the same exam again.
- If you do not pass the same exam on your third or fourth attempt, you must wait a minimum of 7 days before attempting it again.
- You are limited to a maximum of 5 attempts for the same exam within a year.
- Once you pass the exam, you are not eligible for a retake.
