How can I authorize someone to collect my ACpro Certificates on my behalf?
If you want someone else to collect your exam results, follow these steps:
1. Provide a handwritten letter of authorization including the authorized person's full details.
2. The authorized person must visit IIG Vietnam, bringing their own ID card/Citizen card/Passport, the letter of authorization, and the exam registration form.

To register for the MCE exam:
- Visit online.iigvietnam.com and create an account if you don't have one.
- Go to "Test registration," choose "IT exams," and select your desired exam.
- Provide your information, select an exam schedule, and pay the exam fee.
- Check your "Test registration history" and print the test admission form.
- Bring the test admission form and ID documents to your scheduled exam.

The ACpro certification access code is located in the bottom left corner of the Certificate.
The ACpro Certificate can be reissued only once. To request a reissue, visit IIG Vietnam's office and provide:
1. The original ID card/Citizen card/Passport used for the exam registration along with one photocopy.
2. A copy of ACpro certificate printed from your Certiport account.
3. A reissuance fee of 100,000 VND.
The reissued certificate will be ready in about 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
