- Candidates who successfully complete any exam will receive a Certificate specific to that exam.
- Upon completing the exam, candidates can immediately view their scores and download the Certificate with an online badge from the Certiport website at www.certiport.com.

If candidates are unable to personally collect their Certificates, they have the option to designate a friend or family member to do so on their behalf. Here are the steps involved:
1. Prepare a handwritten Letter of Authorization. The Letter of Authorization should contain complete information and bear the signatures of both the authorizer and the authorized individual responsible for receiving the Score Certificates.
2. The authorized representative must present at  IIG Vietnam Registration Counter, equipped with their own ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport, the Letter of Authorization, and the Exam Registration Form, in order to obtain the Certificates.

To register for the exam, please visit one of IIG Vietnam's offices and bring the following:
1. 02 recent 3x4 ID photos, taken within the last 3 months. Ensure these photos are not scanned or digitally altered. Clearly write your full name, date of birth, and ID card number on the back of each photo.
2. An ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport that is valid and in its original condition. It should not be laminated, torn, or damaged in any way, and all the information and stamps on it should be clearly visible.
The registration deadline is two days prior to the test date for exams scheduled from Tuesday to Sunday, and three days in advance for Monday test dates, subject to seat availability.
