Certification Testing Procedure at IIG Vietnam

At IIG Vietnam, all testing procedures are implemented with strict consistency across all test sites. The process ensures security, full compliance with international standards, and adherence to the Education Law in Vietnam, while also reflects the specific conditions and context of the country.

I. BEFORE THE TEST DATE

Test takers must prepare all required identification documents and their test registration form to be eligible to take the test.

II. ON THE TEST DATE

a) Arrival time

Test takers must be present at the test room on time. Late arrivals will not be permitted to take the test.

b) Reception and Guidance

- Proctors announce the test regulations and requirements.

- Test takers are instructed to store personal belongings in the designated locker area. Only identification documents (ID card or passport) and the test registration form are allowed inside the test room.

c) Check-in

The proctor shall:

 - Call the test takers into the test room according to the attendance list.

- Verify test taker identification documents (ID card or passport). The test taker's name, photo and other information must match those on the attendance list.

- Conduct a security check using a metal detector to detect any prohibited devices.

- Request test takers to take photos for exams that require photo verification.

- Guide test takers to their assigned seats.

d) Test Regulations and Instructions

The proctor shall:

- Explain test regulations.

- Instruct test takers to fill in their information on the answer sheet for paper-based tests or to verify their information on the testing software for computer-based tests.

- Provide guidance on how to complete the test.

e) Test closure

- When the time is up, the proctor announces, “The testing time is over,” then collects the answer sheets and test booklets (for paper-based tests) or confirms the completion of the test (for computer-based tests).

- The proctor congratulates test takers on completing the test and kindly invites them to leave the room.

IIG Vietnam strictly adheres to all test regulations to ensure fairness, transparency, and professionalism throughout the testing procedure. Test takers are required to fully comply with the test regulations and follow all instructions given by the proctors before and during the test.
