REGULATIONS ON CANDIDATE INFORMATION CORRECTION FOR IT,

BUSINESS, MARKETING AND OTHER TESTS* AT IIG VIETNAM

 *Other tests include: Medical Administrative Assistant, Culinary Foundations, and Agriscience Foundations

To ensure you have the most comprehensive and accurate information regarding candidate information correction for IT, business, marketing and other tests administered by IIG Vietnam, we are pleased to provide the specific regulations as follows:

1. Deadline for correcting information

• If candidates wish to change their exam information after completing registration, they must make the correction on the online system at least 5 working days before the test date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
• Requests for information correction submitted after the deadline will not be accepted or processed.

2. Eligible cases for information correction

Candidates are permitted to make only one correction, limited to the following scope:

• Exam subject (within the same fee level)
• Version
• Language

3. If incorrect or unapproved information is found on the test day and no correction was made in advance, the candidate will not be allowed to take the test, and no test fee refund will be provided.

4. In cases where a change of ID document or personal information is required due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the document being recalled by the authorities due to incorrect information, or being lost or damaged, candidates are advised to contact the hotline at 1900 636 929 as soon as possible for assistance and further guidance.
