REGULATIONS FOR AP EXAM REGISTRATION AT IIG VIETNAM
- Candidates must provide complete and accurate information on the online registration portal in accordance with the instructions and shall be responsible for the information submitted. Any violation will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with regulations.
- The candidate’s personal information on IIG Vietnam’s registration system (including full name, email address, and date of birth) must match the information registered on the College Board’s My AP system.
- ONLY exams registered through the College Board’s My AP system and successfully paid for with IIG Vietnam shall be considered valid.
- In cases where candidates use a “join code” to register for the exam on My AP but do not make direct payment to IIG Vietnam, or have made payment to IIG Vietnam but have not completed exam registration on My AP, the candidate will not be eligible to take the exam.
- Candidates registering for an exam location (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang) must use the “join code” corresponding to that location. Candidates are required to carefully check their exam location when entering the “join code” on the College Board’s registration portal.
- Candidates are required to update their AP ID in the Transaction History section on IIG Vietnam’s registration portal in order to complete the registration process. Failure to update the AP ID will render the candidate ineligible to sit for the exam.
- Candidates must carefully check the exam subjects before registration and payment. Once the registration and payment processes are completed, candidates will not be permitted to change their selected subjects.
- Candidates are required to prepare an eligible testing device and install the Bluebook application before the test day. For more details, please refer here.
