CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS FOR AP EXAMS

Candidate is responsible for verifying the exam subject is correct. Once registration and payment are complete, you cannot change the subject(s) chosen for the AP Exam(s).

In case a candidate desires to entirely cancel the exam (without registering for any subjects), an email must be sent to IIG Vietnam at [email protected] before November 1, 2023, 11:59PM Vietnam time.

If the candidate’s email request to cancel an exam is received before November 1, 2023, 11:59PM Vietnam time, a full exam fee refund will be granted.

If the candidate’s email request to cancel an exam is received between November 1, 2023, 11:59PM Vietnam time and February 29, 2024, 11:59PM Vietnam time, a 50% exam fee refund will be provided.

Candidates will not be eligible for refunds if they fail to appear for the exam or fail to provide required documentation on exam day or if the candidate’s email request to cancel an exam is received on or after March 1, 2024.
