What is the registration deadline for the AP exam for the 2025-2026 school year?
- Test Registration Period 1: September 24, 2025, to November 7, 2025.
- Test Registration Period 2: November 20, 2025, to March 6, 2026.
- Late-testing registration deadline: Before May 4, 2026

If candidates choose to cancel their scores for free, the exam will not be graded, and the score will not appear on the score report.
If candidates choose to withhold the scores of one or more AP exams so that they do not appear on the score report, the scores will still be recorded in the College Board system, and candidates can choose to release the withheld scores later if desired. There is a fee for this service.
Both the options to withhold or cancel AP exam scores must be completed by June 15 of the year the candidate takes the exam if they do not want the scores to appear on the score report.

- Candidates can register for multiple exams in the same year.
- Candidates can attempt 1-4 Physics exams within the same year.
- Registering twice for the same subject in a year is prohibited; retaking the exam is allowed in the subsequent year.
- Candidates cannot enroll for both Calculus AB and Calculus BC exams within the same year.
- Simultaneous scheduling of 2 regular exams on the same day and time is not permissible. Candidates must prioritize one exam before the other.
