What are the policies for rescheduling the TOEIC test?
- Candidates are allowed to reschedule an exam only once.
- There is a rescheduling fee, which is 50% of the exam fee.
- To reschedule the exam:
+ If you registered online via IIG Vietnam website: Once your application is approved, any test rescheduling request must be submitted through the online registration system at least five (05) working days before the test date (excluding Sundays and public holidays), in accordance with the instructions provided in the corresponding registration guideline.
+ If you registered at another test site or agency, please contact the respective test site or agency directly for assistance with rescheduling.
Please note that your exam schedule will be transferred to an available slot within the specified time limit.

- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

To register for the TOEFL iBT test, candidates should follow these steps:
- Visit the ETS website and complete the registration process online.
- During registration, provide your personal information, select your preferred test date, and choose a test venue in Vietnam.
- An international payment card is required to pay the exam fee online.
- After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your test ticket.
For the TOEIC test, there must be a minimum of five working days between the candidate's previous test and the next test, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
