In Vietnam, the TOPIK test schedule for each test will be published on the TOPIK homepage of IIG Vietnam. You can visit the website at https://online.iigvietnam.com/vi. The schedule will be posted along with a detailed test notice before the registration period begins.
You can also visit www.topik.go.kr, which is the TOPIK homepage in Korea. This website provides the full-year exam schedule, allowing you to plan accordingly and stay informed about upcoming test dates.
If you have lost your TOPIK scorecard, you can still obtain a new certificate by following these steps:
- Access the TOPIK homepage at [www.topik.go.kr].
- Navigate to the section designated for issuing Score Report/Certificate.
- Look for the option to retrieve your results and reprint the certificate/score report.
It's important to note that you can print an unlimited number of certificates/score report. However, please keep in mind that the reprinting is only possible within the validity period of the score report, which is 2 years.
Test results are usually available about 20–30 days after the test date and will be announced when the registration portal opens. Candidates can visit the website www.topik.go.kr to check their results and print their online score reports.
Yes, candidates who do not bring or lose their test admission form on the day of the test are still allowed to participate. However, it's important to note that candidates are fully responsible for any disadvantages they may encounter due to not having the test admission form, such as difficulty in locating the test room or not knowing their candidate ID number.
To avoid such situations, it is advisable to download and save the test admission form file to your phone, USB drive, or email. This way, you can quickly print the form when needed, even if you forget to bring it or lose it. Candidates can also access their account and print their test admission form when necessary. The system does not limit the number of prints before the test concludes.
