How can I request certified copies of my TOEFL ITP Score Certificate?
IIG Vietnam provides certified copies of the Score Certificate and sends them to the candidate's requesting organization. Candidates will not receive certified copies of the Score Certificate. Each certified copy can be dispatched exclusively to a single address. If needed, candidates can request multiple certified copies to send to different addresses.
To use this service, candidates should visit the IIG Vietnam office at least 14 days before the Score Certificate's expiration date and bring the following:
1. The original ID card/Citizen ID card used for test registration.
2. A photocopy of the TOEFL ITP Score Certificate (if the original Score Certificate is lost, a photocopy of the ID card/Citizen ID card must be provided).
3. A fee of 100,000 VND per copy.
4. Score Certificate delivery fee
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam..
- Copies will be sent to the desinated organization approximately two weeks after the request.

On the day of the TOEFL iBT test, please make sure to:
- Arrive at the test venue at least 30 minutes before the designated check-in time.
- Bring your confirmation ticket and a valid ID document, such as an ID card, Citizen ID card, or Passport, to complete the test entry process.
Keep in mind that there must be a minimum of 12 days between each attempt of the test.
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office after 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays)
- TOEIC Listening & Reading Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang offices, other Test Sites/units after 7 - 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam Hanoi office is after 16 days
- TOEIC Speaking & Writing Score Certificates are available at IIG Vietnam HCM and Da Nang branches and other Test Sites/units after 3 weeks
- If candidates choose to have their Score Certificates delivered via postal mail, please allow for an additional 3 to 4 working days (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays excluded) for the delivery.
Candidates have the option to register for express delivery service to have their test results sent to their home address. Please arrange this service on your exam day and discuss the details directly with the Exam Supervisor. Please note that additional courier services will not be available after the test date.
