How can I request certified copies of my TOEFL ITP Score Certificate?
IIG Vietnam provides certified copies of the Score Certificate and sends them to the candidate's requesting organization. Candidates will not receive certified copies of the Score Certificate. Each certified copy can be dispatched exclusively to a single address. If needed, candidates can request multiple certified copies to send to different addresses.
To use this service, candidates should visit the IIG Vietnam office at least 14 days before the Score Certificate's expiration date and bring the following:
1. The original ID card/Citizen ID card used for test registration.
2. A photocopy of the TOEFL ITP Score Certificate (if the original Score Certificate is lost, a photocopy of the ID card/Citizen ID card must be provided).
3. A fee of 100,000 VND per copy.
4. Score Certificate delivery fee
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam..
- Copies will be sent to the desinated organization approximately two weeks after the request.

To collect the TOEIC Score Certificates, candidates are required to present the following documents at the IIG Vietnam Office:
- Valid identification documents used for exam registration (ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport).
If candidates have registered through another agency or test site, please contact the respective registration agency or test site for instructions on how to retrieve your Score Certificates.
- Candidates can collect their Score Certificates after 3 working days (for the Hanoi office) or 5 working days (for the HCM City and Da Nang offices), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- You should request for the service at the time of exam registration or at least two working days before your exam date.
- There is a fee of 210,000 VND for this service.
To register for the TOEFL iBT test, candidates should follow these steps:
- Visit the ETS website and complete the registration process online.
- During registration, provide your personal information, select your preferred test date, and choose a test venue in Vietnam.
- An international payment card is required to pay the exam fee online.
- After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email containing your test ticket.
