How can I request certified copies of my TOEFL ITP Score Certificate?
IIG Vietnam provides certified copies of the Score Certificate and sends them to the candidate's requesting organization. Candidates will not receive certified copies of the Score Certificate. Each certified copy can be dispatched exclusively to a single address. If needed, candidates can request multiple certified copies to send to different addresses.
To use this service, candidates should visit the IIG Vietnam office at least 14 days before the Score Certificate's expiration date and bring the following:
1. The original ID card/Citizen ID card used for test registration.
2. A photocopy of the TOEFL ITP Score Certificate (if the original Score Certificate is lost, a photocopy of the ID card/Citizen ID card must be provided).
3. A fee of 100,000 VND per copy.
4. Score Certificate delivery fee
- If you registered for the test through a different agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), you must obtain a confirmation letter from that agency, allowing you to request the service at IIG Vietnam..
- Copies will be sent to the desinated organization approximately two weeks after the request.

According to our regulations, each candidate receives only one original TOEIC Score Certificate after each test, and replacements will not be issued. However, if candidates wish to submit their TOEIC test results to score users, IIG Vietnam can assist by sending a certified true copy of score certificate to the requested recipient by mail. This service requires candidates to sign up at least 14 days before the Score Certificate expiration date and must have achieved a score of 200 or more.
The procedure for obtaining a copy of the Scorecard involves presenting:
1. Your original ID card/Citizen ID carrd used for TOEIC test registration along with one photocopy

3. A fee of 120,000 VND.
- If you registered for the test through another agency (not IIG Vietnam's counter or test sites), please obtain the agency's confirmation letter granting permission for this service to be performed at IIG Vietnam.
- Copies will be sent to the requested recipient in approximately two weeks after the request.
For the TOEFL ITP test, there must be a minimum of 5 working days between the candidate's previous test and the next test, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
