Changes or cancellations must be made at least 2 working days before the exam date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Fees:
- Rescheduling: 50% of the exam fee.
- Cancellation: A 50% refund of the registration fee if canceled on time.

After completing the test, candidates can log in to the Certiport website at https://www.certiport.com/portal/ssl/login.aspx to view their scores and access their online certificates. The login credentials are the username and password provided on the test day.
