Mã chứng chỉ MCF
Đi kèm với mỗi chứng chỉ là 1 mã nhận diện Credential Identification Code (CIC), thí sinh có thể sử dụng CIC này để xem chứng chỉ online mà không cần đăng nhập. Điều này rất hữu ích khi thí sinh cần gửi chứng chỉ online có chứng thực tới các trường học/doanh nghiệp. Điền mã CODE của chứng chỉ vào link sau:

The MCE certificates can be reissued only once. To request a reissuance, visit IIG Vietnam's office and provide:
1. The original ID card/Citizen card/Passport used for the exam registration along with one photocopy.
2. A copy of MCE certificate printed from your Certiport account.
3. A reissuance fee of 120,000 VND.
The processing time for issuance is 10 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 13 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices (exlcuding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
- If you do not pass an exam on your first attempt, you must wait 24 hours before attempting the same exam again.
- If you do not pass the same exam on your second attempt, you should wait 72 hours before trying the same exam again.
- If you do not pass the same exam on your third or fourth attempt, you must wait a minimum of 7 days before attempting it again.
- You are limited to a maximum of 5 attempts for the same exam within a year.
- Once you pass the exam, you are not eligible for a retake.
The certificates/results of IT tests will be stored by IIG Vietnam for up to two years from the date of the exam.
