How soon can I retake the exam?
- If you do not pass an exam on your first attempt, you must wait 24 hours before attempting the same exam again.
- If you do not pass the same exam on your second attempt, you should wait 72 hours before trying the same exam again.
- If you do not pass the same exam on your third or fourth attempt, you must wait a minimum of 7 days before attempting it again.
- You are limited to a maximum of 5 attempts for the same exam within a year.
- Once you pass the exam, you are not eligible for a retake.

Chương trình Microsoft Certified Fundamentals (MCF) gồm 8 chứng chỉ bài thi khác nhau được thiết kế để cung cấp cho thí sinh kiến thức cơ bản về các công nghệ của Microsoft, bao gồm Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 và Power Platform. Chứng chỉ này giúp thí sinh hiểu và áp dụng các giải pháp công nghệ tiên tiến trong kinh doanh và quản lý dữ liệu, từ đó đáp ứng nhu cầu nhân lực ngày càng tăng trong lĩnh vực công nghệ thông tin.
The ACpro Certificate can be reissued only once. To request a reissuance, visit IIG Vietnam's office and provide:
1. The original ID card/Citizen card/Passport used for the exam registration along with one photocopy.
2. A digital copy of ACpro certificate
3. A reissuance fee of 120,000 VND.
The processing time for issuance is 10 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 13 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices (exlcuding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
