How can I request a reissuance of the ACpro Certificate?
The ACpro Certificate can be reissued only once. To request a reissuance, visit IIG Vietnam's office and provide:
1. The original ID card/Citizen card/Passport used for the exam registration along with one photocopy.
2. A digital copy of ACpro certificate
3. A reissuance fee of 120,000 VND.
The processing time for issuance is 10 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 13 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices (exlcuding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Candidates seeking this service should visit the IIG Vietnam office in person and bring the required documents, which include:
- The original ID card/Citizen ID card used for MOS/IC3 test registration, along with a photocopy.
- A digital copy of MOS/IC3 certificate.
- A fee of 120,000 VND.
The verification letter of the test results will be processed within 5 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 10 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices.
Sau khi hoàn thành xong bài thi, thí sinh có thể truy cập vào Website để kiểm tra điểm thi và xem lại chứng chỉ online của Certiport: https://www.certiport.com/portal/ssl/login.aspx . Tài khoản đăng nhập chính là username và password đã được hướng dẫn sử dụng để tham dự bài thi.
Thí sinh tới Quầy đăng ký của IIG Việt Nam để đăng ký dịch vụ giấy xác nhận kết quả thi và mang theo
- CMND/CCCD/HC đã sử dụng khi đi thi bản gốc+ 01 photo
- 1 bản in chứng chỉ online trên tài khoản Certiport
- Lệ phí: 100.000đ/bản
- Thời gian cấp sau 5 ngày làm việc với khu vực Hà Nội và 7 ngày làm việc với ĐN và HCM
