How do I obtain a verification letter of MOS/IC3 Test Results?
Candidates seeking this service should visit the IIG Vietnam office in person and bring the required documents, which include:
- The original ID card/Citizen ID card used for MOS/IC3 test registration, along with a photocopy.
- A digital copy of MOS/IC3 certificate.
- A fee of 120,000 VND.
The verification letter of the test results will be processed within 5 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 10 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices.

Thời hạn đổi lịch thi ITS là 02 ngày làm việc trước ngày thi (không tính thứ bảy, chủ nhật và ngày nghỉ lễ). Thí sinh vui lòng đến trực tiếp văn phòng IIG Vietnam và mang theo:
- CCCD/CMND/Hộ chiếu đã đăng ký thi+ Phiếu dự thi
- Phí chuyển thi: 50% lệ phí thi đã đóng
- Khách hàng đăng ký thi qua các trung tâm/doanh nghiệp vui lòng liên hệ trực tiếp với trung tâm/doanh nghiệp đó để được hướng dẫn chi tiết
- Candidates who successfully complete any exam will receive a Certificate specific to that exam.
- After completing the exam, candidates can immediately view their scores and download the Certificate with an online badge from the Certiport website at www.certiport.com.
The MCE certificates can be reissued only once. To request a reissuance, visit IIG Vietnam's office and provide:
1. The original ID card/Citizen card/Passport used for the exam registration along with one photocopy.
2. A copy of MCE certificate printed from your Certiport account.
3. A reissuance fee of 120,000 VND.
The processing time for issuance is 10 working days at IIG Hanoi office and 13 working days at IIG HCM and Da Nang offices (exlcuding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
