What documents do I need to bring when collecting the Score Certificate at the IIG Vietnam office?
To collect the TOEIC Score Certificates, candidates are required to present the following documents at the IIG Vietnam Office:
- Valid identification documents used for exam registration (ID card/Citizen ID card/Passport).
If candidates have registered through another agency or test site, please contact the respective registration agency or test site for instructions on how to retrieve your Score Certificates.

- Online test scores are typically available 4 to 8 days after the test date, accessible through your registered account.
- The official score report will be sent to your registered address, usually within 6 to 8 weeks, depending on your geographical location.
- During the registration, you can choose to send your scores to up to 4 schools for free.
For the TOEIC test, there must be a minimum of five working days between the candidate's previous test and the next test, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The results of English tests (TOEIC, TOEFL ITP, etc.) are confidential information. Therefore, candidates are requested to check their official scores upon receiving the printed certificate.
